




Job Summary: Assist in store operations, customer service, data entry, cash reconciliation, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values organization and attention to detail **Responsibilities:** * Assist in serving customers in-store by providing basic information about available services. * Help enter customers’ personal and commercial information into the system under supervision for credit analysis. * Assist in cash reconciliation by recording daily financial transactions and ensuring data accuracy. * Help manage sales returns, obtaining necessary approvals and preparing simple reports. * Assist in sending invoices and bills to customers via e-mail, ensuring documentation is correct. * Help maintain and update customer records every six months, ensuring information accuracy. * Provide basic information to customers about company policies and procedures during the registration process. * Assist in serving special customers, such as pregnant women, seniors, and persons with disabilities, in accordance with applicable legislation. * Assist in managing the dispatch and receipt of correspondence, delivering according to company records. * Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company equipment and assets, following appropriate procedures. **Requirements:** * High school education currently in progress or completed. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
