Respect prevails—we treat everyone equally and welcome people with empathy. #JoinPlatinão! * Serve customers; * Guide customers on the loyalty program; * Promote and sell products; * Acquire new customers; * Conduct cash register reconciliation and cash replenishment; * Monitor fuel inventory; * Supervise shelf restocking with products; * Check active freight bills or registered checks; * Build customer relationships; * Supervise team attendance, including entry/exit times and breaks; * Accompany INMETRO or other regulatory inspections; * Monitor maintenance of pumps and sector equipment; * Negotiate with customers at the checkout counter; * Supervise overall customer service; * Receive goods; * Supervise cleaning and organization of premises; * Monitor inventory counts and investigate discrepancies; * Assess inventory replenishment needs; * Request purchases; * Verify Arla inventory; * Monitor competitors’ pricing; * Set goals and monitor staff sales performance; * Monitor product pricing (margins); * Monitor accounts receivable, especially Ida e Volta and returned checks; * Provide feedback to supervisors and team members; * Monitor staff and supervisor work schedules; * Train cashier teams; refresh training on observations and autonomy; * Conduct post-sales follow-up with closed customers; * Hold monthly team meetings; * Monitor station area performance indicators; * Schedule employee vacations; * Verify team time cards. * PDV change-check audit. * Submit maintenance requests if necessary. * Perform fuel unloading when required; * Ensure pump calibrations and tank drainages are conducted weekly. * Support operations as needed; * Ensure staff adhere to company SOPs and POLs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; MBA in management-related areas preferred; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Intermediate-level safety certification for handling flammable and combustible materials (NR 20); Safety certification for working at heights (NR 35) (required if performing fuel unloading); Sales and negotiation techniques; Preferred: Experience in project management and performance indicator monitoring.
