




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing and monitoring marketing campaigns, analyzing commercial indicators, managing sales teams, and developing strategies to grow units. We were born as an unwavering agent of change—encouraging, motivating, and providing the appropriate infrastructure and services to support exercise practice. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop monthly marketing campaigns * Prepare and update reports containing commercial indicators (Active Members, Visits, Sales, and Conversion) and the performance of each unit * Monitor commercial indicators throughout the month and intervene, when necessary, with a focus on improved performance * Identify issues, delegate solutions to unit supervisors, and track implementation of items assessed in mystery customer audits * Conduct weekly meetings with unit supervisors * Be available for travel to visit and monitor the local market of each unit * Conduct regional research on competitors and customers * Train and develop all team members with a focus on sales, conversion, and objection handling * Supervise the sales team’s customer service * Collaborate closely with regional management, focusing on commercial efficiency * Perform other related tasks as required by operational needs and instructions from the immediate supervisor. **Education Requirement** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business/Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Skills** * Understand Active Members (base, churn, reactivations) * Work with goals and routines * Analyze Sales (new contracts, average ticket, plans) * Track Visits (origin, volume, quality) * Calculate Conversion (Visits → Sales) * Work with the sales funnel **Requirements** Pacote Office intermediate level, people management, ability to analyze the market **Additional Information** Ultra VIP Plan for the employee and one additional person, access to health care, and performance-based bonuses.
