Job Summary: Manage a retail store, leading teams, supervising administrative operations, inventory, performance, and infrastructure, while also supporting marketing and communication. Talent development and comprehensive management of store operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: People Management: Recruit and select staff to build the store team. Onboard and train new advisors, ensuring effective adaptation and alignment with company values. Evaluate employee performance, deliver feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance. Manage conflicts and handle issues arising with staff and customers—such as complaints and dissatisfaction—seeking appropriate resolutions. Develop and manage in-store talent, encouraging team members’ professional growth and advancement. Conduct staff terminations when necessary. Operational and Administrative Management: Plan and manage daily and monthly staff schedules, vacations, and timekeeping—including overtime management. Responsible for store opening and closing, ensuring all procedures are executed according to standards and protocols. Manage additional expenses such as petty cash and treasury control. Ensure implementation and compliance with company processes, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Visual Merchandising. Manage store treasury and cash registers, ensuring financial security and integrity. Inventory and Materials Management: Monitor and manage inventory of products, supplies, and materials required for store operations. Conduct cyclic and general inventory management, including preparation, monitoring, and activity planning. Performance and Results Management: Analyze daily purchase reports, sales dashboards, and performance indicators (e.g., rankings) to optimize store results. Monitor PAR items (products with low turnover) and develop strategies to reduce inventory and improve merchandise offerings. Analyze the DRE (Income Statement) and propose strategies to reduce expenses and increase store profitability. Infrastructure and Security Management: Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of all store security equipment (cameras, alarms, sensors, electric fences), safeguarding assets. Ensure the store remains clean through daily cleaning—including back-of-house areas, façade, and other spaces. Coordinate store maintenance activities, such as air conditioning, lighting, painting, and other services essential to facility upkeep. Marketing and Communication: Support the Marketing team in implementing internal initiatives to promote the store and engage both staff and customers. Ensure timely and accurate store updates on social media platforms—such as Instagram—with content aligned to brand image. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, especially for Visual Merchandising (VM) and marketing materials (e.g., flags, banners, etc.). Relationship with Regional Sales: Participate in weekly alignment meetings with the Regional Sales team to ensure company goals and strategies are properly implemented at the store level. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in retail store management, sales team leadership, and operational processes—preferably in leadership roles; * Strong administrative and negotiation skills, plus commitment to excellence in customer service and store results; * Completed Bachelor’s degree.
