Store Assistant

Description

Job Summary: A store professional responsible for customer service, stock replenishment, product organization, expiration date control, and general store area cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and guidance 2. Inventory and product management and organization 3. Maintaining store environment cleanliness and organization Serve customers in-store. Clarify customer inquiries and guide them regarding products, their usage, and placement within the store. Replenish shelf stock according to product FIFO movement. Package bulk-sale products upon customer request. Keep shelves and packaging areas clean and organized. Verify barcode labels on both products and shelves. Monitor expiration dates of displayed products, as well as losses and damages. Perform daily inventory counts as directed by the store supervisor. Assist customers in transporting products to their vehicles. Assist in the unloading process of goods. Perform daily store cleaning. Properly use and maintain PPE.
