




**Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer orders and assist in identifying their needs; * Track order deliveries and negotiate the receipt of all our products; * Oversee price and delivery-term negotiations; * Develop a strategic schedule and conduct periodic client visits to resolve any issues arising at client locations; * Conduct monthly in-person and online meetings with the team; * Motivate, train, and engage the team. **What We Expect** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Valid Class B Driver’s License; * Prior experience in retail chain operations; * Proficiency in team management and KPI tracking; * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation; * Ability to build relationships; * Willingness to travel; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Work location: Cuiabá/MT.
