In this role, you will be responsible for: * Entering and completing customer financing proposal information; * Collecting customer signatures on financing contracts; * Providing support and guidance regarding warranty replacement, assignment of rights, TC values, and banking fees; * Distributing financing tables upon request; * Requesting a wildcard rate from the bank to counter competition; * Submitting weekly reports to the supervisor, including sales numbers, approved/denied applications, and applications forwarded to other banks; * Verifying customer documentation requested by the credit desk for submission to the payment department; · * Preparing and labeling envelopes for document shipment; · * Re-evaluating pending and bank-denied proposals; * Resolving post-sales and workflow issues with end customers (payment slips, contract reversals, and contract receipt); * Monitoring and replenishing dealerships with financing contract kits. * Delivering registered contracts in mandatory jurisdictions; * Maintaining contact with target audiences across the dealership network (Salesperson, Manager, Finance Officer, Director, and Account Holder). **Qualifications** * Prior experience in automotive financing processes, knowledge of interest rates and banking calculations, familiarity with financial mathematics, and customer service skills. * Excel and PowerPoint: basic proficiency **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (6-month temporary contract) * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM\) * Location: Cuiabá/MT, fully on-site. **What We Offer** * Fixed remuneration; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Transportation allowance (VT), Flexible meal/food allowance (Vale-refeição/alimentação flex), TotalPass, partnerships with educational institutions.
