Monitor team goals and prepare performance reports. Conduct material analysis and project closure. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of services performed by field teams. Position based in Várzea Grande / MT. Previous experience as Team Coordinator, Team Leader, Operations Manager, or Production Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
