Participation in recruitment processes and evaluations * Ensure compliance with regulations and rules in accordance with the organization's culture and policies, training and guiding the team toward the same objective. * Responsible for team management and direction to execute procedures and processes, safeguarding assets to reduce breakage and increase store profitability. * Participate in recruitment processes for new team members; conduct performance evaluations; * Define and assign tasks, prepare work schedules and vacation plans, monitor attendance, overtime, time-off compensation, and employee leave; * Follow organizational guidelines and regularly report to the store manager.
