




Job Summary: Responsible for team management and guidance, ensuring compliance with regulations, safeguarding assets, and participating in recruitment and performance evaluation. Task assignment and shift scheduling * Ensure compliance with regulations and rules in line with the organization’s culture and policies, training and guiding the team toward the same objective. * Responsible for managing and directing the team to execute procedures and processes, safeguarding assets to reduce breakages and increase store profitability. * Participate in recruitment processes for new team members; conduct performance evaluations; * Assign and distribute tasks, prepare work and vacation schedules, monitor timekeeping, overtime, compensatory time, and employee days off; * Follow organizational guidelines and regularly report to the store manager.
