Lead recruitment and selection processes across various agribusiness areas. Support development, organizational climate, and engagement programs. Implement and monitor HR policies, metrics, and practices. Develop internal marketing initiatives and strengthen organizational culture. Participate in the creation, review, and monitoring of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with market standards and internal equity.
