Its focus is connecting talent with the right opportunities in the job market. **What will you do in this role?:** Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring optimal commercial conditions regarding price, delivery time, quality, and logistics. Manage purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed delivery timelines and terms. Monitor supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Maintain continuous alignment with Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Finance departments to ensure synergy across demands and priorities. Analyze sales history and inventory turnover to support demand-aligned and accurate purchasing decisions. Propose and implement improvements to procurement and supply processes. Monitor departmental performance indicators, such as average cost, delivery lead time, and service level. Support new product launches and promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with internal company policies, as well as ethical and legal principles. Strategically manage procurement of products for distribution, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with company objectives. Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and maintain inventory at ideal levels to ensure operational excellence.
