Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or related fields. * Experience in mapping, reviewing, and improving organizational processes. * Knowledge of process management methodologies (BPM, BPMN). * Familiarity with maturity models, preferably CMMI Levels 3 to 5\. * Experience developing and standardizing artifacts such as policies, guidelines, templates, and operational workflows. * Knowledge of metrics, indicators, statistical analysis, and measurements applied to processes. * Ability to conduct training for technical and managerial teams. * Understanding of governance, compliance, audits, and risk management. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, clear communication, and systemic vision. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in software factories or PMOs. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and related tools. * Map, review, redesign, and document organizational processes, especially those within the software factory. * Update, standardize, and enhance documents, templates, policies, and artifacts in the Asset Library. * Perform, monitor, and track high-maturity statistical analyses per CMMI guidelines. * Conduct internal audits to verify Squads' adherence to defined processes. * Conduct periodic training on processes, methodologies, and mandatory practices for technical teams and leaders. * Prepare, update, and ensure maintenance of artifacts required by the CMMI model. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation with Squads and corporate areas. * Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and critical performance indicators of key processes\-. * Support governance, compliance, standardization, and risk management initiatives. * Ensure traceability, consistency, and quality of organizational processes. * Support integration of processes with corporate tools (Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc.). 2512180202551873426
