Fully performs technological control of soils and pavement, conducting laboratory tests such as compaction, CBR, plasticity and liquid limits, and sedimentation-based granulometric analysis. Independently conducts asphalt laboratory tests including Marshall test, bitumen content, cement and emulsion tests, and performs Marshall mix design based on technical criteria and performance analysis. Conducts field tests such as sand cone, drive cylinder, and Benkelman beam; monitors asphalt mixture production, transportation, and application, inspecting temperature, compaction, and compliance. Prepares technical reports, proposes improvements to technological control processes, provides technical guidance to junior laboratory technicians, delivers hands-on training, and operates with full autonomy and technical responsibility for all assigned activities.
