Preparation of management reports for decision-making **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Working Hours **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor industrial performance indicators using statistical process control tools to ensure quality. * Conduct operational efficiency analyses with support to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in the implementation of automation and technological innovation projects on the production line. * Perform process mapping focused on promoting continuous improvement. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align strategies and optimize industrial outcomes. * Contribute to the preparation of management reports to support leadership decision-making. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields. * Leadership profile and teamwork orientation. * Ability to easily adapt to group work. * Creative, innovative, dynamic, and proactive. * Familiarity with the principles of 5S, SMED, KAIZEN, and KPIs. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
