




Job Summary: Perform cleaning and maintenance of apartments and common areas, ensuring workplace organization and environmental upkeep to create a pleasant and welcoming space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apartment cleaning and organization according to hotel standards 2. Maintaining corridor hygiene and aesthetics 3. Organizing and optimizing materials and resources Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest apartments and common areas, while ensuring workplace organization and environmental upkeep to maintain a pleasant, harmonious, and welcoming environment for both employees and guests. * Clean apartments according to room occupancy status and arrange them per hotel standards; * Clean corridors: floors, picture frames, windows, waste bins, fire extinguishers, and side tables; * Complete the housekeeper's checklist; * Organize and restock linens, stationery supplies, amenities, and other items in the service cart; * Deliver guest laundry to the housekeeping department; * Send linens for sorting, counting, and washing; clean and organize the floor linen room; * Organize cleaning supplies by product type; * Arrange for cleaning cloths to be laundered and placed in the service area; * Report all guest belongings left behind in apartments to the housekeeping supervisor; * Submit maintenance requests to the housekeeping supervisor via damage work orders; * Maintain sector materials and equipment; * Contribute to workplace cleanliness and organization; * Support optimization of sector supplies and resources; * Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled; * Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by management.
