Propose improvements and optimization of internal processes We are seeking an **Operational Support Coordinator** to lead and organize the support team’s activities, ensuring operational process efficiency and service quality for the company’s internal and external demands. The professional will be responsible for **coordinating operational routines**, monitoring performance indicators, guiding the team in executing tasks, and proposing process improvements to ensure greater agility, organization, and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the operational support team; * Monitor and distribute tasks among team members; * Monitor deadlines, delivery quality, and process compliance; * Support resolution of operational issues and decision-making; * Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators; * Propose improvements and optimization of internal processes; * Ensure efficient communication among involved departments. * This is an on-site position, 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, plus one Saturday per month for 4 hours in the morning according to schedule.
