




Job Summary: Provide customer technical support, assist with inquiries, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve system failures to ensure efficient system operation. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct training sessions and implement the system for new companies Carry out assigned tasks by providing customer technical support, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying and assisting in resolving failures, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer’s operational and strategic success. * Provide customer support via telephone, chat, and in-person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Carry out configurations according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Handle specific customer inquiries via e-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training sessions; * Implement the system for new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and mantis updates to stay current with system requests, implementations, and corrections; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
