Its focus is to provide products and services tailored to its clients’ specific needs. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate corporate system implementation and evolution projects, with strategic emphasis on implementing the company’s new ERP. Actively participate in CSC structuring, including designing and implementing ERP-integrated operational workflows. Map, analyze, and redesign business processes (AS IS / TO BE), ensuring standardization, efficiency, and scalability. Integrate processes, systems, and routines across different businesses and company units, promoting operational synergy. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, scope, risks, costs, and KPIs. Serve as the focal point between business units, IT, CSC, ERP vendors, and consultants.
