Job Summary:
An HR professional responsible for conducting Recruitment and Selection (R&S), onboarding, training support, climate management, and supporting various HR routine activities.

Conduct HR department activities in R&S processes.
* Recruitment and Selection;
* Receive Personnel Requisition (PR) from the requesting department;
* Post job openings on the company group’s website, other resume websites, and social media;
* Receive resumes in person, via websites, and email;
* Screen resumes according to the requirements of the open position;
* Schedule selection processes via phone calls or emails;
* Assist in administering standard application forms as well as position-specific tests;
* Assist in administering practical tests for certain positions;
* Assist in presentation dynamics;
* Conduct individual interviews when necessary;
* Provide feedback to candidates (including rejection notifications);
* Send job offers and required documentation lists to approved candidates;
* Arrange admission medical examinations;
* Verify documents submitted by candidates;
* Submit documentation to the Payroll Department and inform candidates of their start date.
* Request system access credentials for newly hired employees;
* Register new hires in Honda’s training portal;
* Monitor and support employees using Honda’s Training Portal;
* Conduct onboarding for new employees and monitor their probationary period;
* Support job description activities;
* Receive promotion requests from managers; evaluate employees; draft evaluation reports for managers and provide feedback to employees;
* Arrange medical examinations if necessary; forward Personnel Movement (PM) documentation to the Payroll Department upon director’s approval;
* Conduct, tabulate, and present Climate Surveys;
* Deliver internal training sessions; conduct reaction evaluations; disseminate event-related announcements to all staff;
* Archive attendance lists and evaluation forms in designated folders.
* Conduct exit interviews;
* Support Payroll Administration professionals in their daily tasks.
* Perform other related duties as requested by managers.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration/HR or related fields
Proficiency in Excel
Willingness to travel
