**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Providing technical support to users; performing computer, notebook, and printer maintenance; installing and configuring software and telephony systems; resolving user questions and related issues;
* Assisting in the administration of the company’s fixed and mobile telephony systems, managing financial resources allocated to telephony, and providing user support;
* Verifying internet connectivity between the company and its suppliers;
* Supporting the commercial area by performing maintenance and updates on handheld devices (PDAs) and activities related to company billing;
* Assisting in equipment control by conducting periodic audits using the equipment registry available on the intranet;
* Monitoring and conducting periodic equipment testing and performing preventive maintenance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Completed high school;
* Technical course in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Knowledge of data backup/restoration and database management, as well as familiarity with LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law);
**Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 (Monday to Friday)
