An ethical and respectful work environment **We are looking for an HR professional!** We seek a professional who will operate strategically and closely with business units, supporting people development and reinforcing HR practices. This opportunity is for you. The position will be responsible for recruitment and selection, organizational climate, performance evaluation, feedback, and employee support. Join us in strengthening our culture and driving the growth of our people! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; * Support and implementation of the job classification, salary, and career structure plan; * Management of onboarding processes and monitoring of the probationary period; * Implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and oversight of performance evaluations; * Organizational climate analysis, administration of surveys, and development of action plans; * Design and execution of action plans focused on climate, engagement, and internal communication; * Field visits to operational areas, focusing on addressing questions and reinforcing HR policies; * Monitoring of employees on leave, conflict resolution, and employee support; * Support and management of the offboarding process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and people management; **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * Meal voucher; * PPR – Profit Sharing Program; * Health insurance (Unimed, 50% employer-paid); * Job classification and salary plan; * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); * Day Off; * Love Package. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
