An environment that values good communication, organization, and proactivity Company: South Wild Position: HR Analyst Work Location: Várzea Grande – Airport Region Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Proven experience in this role Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity Knowledge of Personnel Department and Human Resources routines Main Responsibilities: Conduct candidate recruitment and selection Process payroll closing Provide employee assistance and support Develop and manage work schedules Support administrative tasks within the HR department Perform other activities related to the Human Resources field Compensation: starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
