**Human Resources Analyst (Generalist)**
**Work Location:** Vehicle towing / roadside assistance service provision
**Address:** Várzea Grande – MT
**Work Modality:** On-site
**Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
**Mandatory Requirement:** Availability for travel
A company in the **vehicle assistance (towing)** sector is hiring a Senior Human Resources Analyst for generalist HR activities, with emphasis on recruitment, personnel administration, and operational support.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Lead end-to-end **Recruitment and Selection**, including operational positions;
* Align candidate profiles with managers and screen resumes;
* Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions;
* Perform **onboarding (admissions and integration)** and monitor employee experience;
* Support **Personnel Department** routines (timekeeping, working hours, vacations, terminations);
* Submit and verify data for **payroll and eSocial;**
* Administer **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, insurance, etc.);
* Interface with **Occupational Health and Safety (medical exams, NRs, PPEs);**
* Support **Training & Development initiatives and performance evaluations;**
* Work on **organizational climate, internal marketing, and employee engagement;**
* Provide support to **operational teams and branches;**
* Monitor **HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism);**
* Ensure compliance with **labor legislation.**
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;**
* Experience in **generalist HR;**
* Experience in **Recruitment and Selection (high-volume experience is a plus);**
* Knowledge of **Personnel Department operations and eSocial;**
* Experience with **timekeeping systems and operational routines;**
* Availability for **occasional travel;**
* Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills;
