Support the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement departments We are looking for a **Tax Analyst** to join our team, contributing to the excellence of tax and fiscal processes within the Group. We seek an organized, analytical, and committed professional with attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with the company's tax obligations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify and record incoming, outgoing, and service invoices. * Calculate federal, state, and municipal taxes. * Analyze correct taxation of transactions according to current legislation. * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations. * Monitor changes in tax legislation and propose necessary adjustments. * Perform tax reconciliations and support accounting closing. * Respond to audits and provide support during tax inspections. * Issue tax payment slips. * Support the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement departments on tax matters. * Identify opportunities for improvement in tax processes, contributing to greater efficiency and tax security. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in the Tax area. * Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others). * Familiarity with issuance and verification of electronic fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with ERP systems. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the healthcare sector. * Knowledge of tax regimes (Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional). * Experience working with medium- and large-sized companies. * Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Experience with tax audit processes.
