Communication among customers, banks, and internal team The Financing Assistant supports operational activities and customer service throughout the real estate financing process, ensuring document organization, process efficiency, and excellence in customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct customer and partner support, delivering information on process status and documentation; * Receive, review, organize, and track financing-related documents; * Monitor deadlines and process stages with financial institutions; * Maintain updated and organized physical and digital archives; * Assist in issuing digital certificates and other required documents; * Ensure clear communication among customers, banks, and internal team. **Requirements:** * Experience in public-facing roles, preferably in the real estate market; * Experience with real estate financing processes is a plus; * Knowledge of digital/certification issuance (e.g., notary services) is a plus; * Strong organizational and document management skills; * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Financial Management, Business Process Management, Law, or related fields.
