Join a stable company that values safety, sustainability, and professional development. **Submit resume:** 6599256\-9495 **Description\-** Electrical Supervisor. **Job Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the **PCM** on planning and scheduling maintenance activities according to production demand. * Supervise **spare parts and materials inventory** in the warehouse. * **Delegate and monitor maintenance team activities**, providing technical support as needed. * Supervise and ensure proper execution of **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance**. * Monitor **maintenance order closure** and propose process improvements. * Analyze **departmental reports and KPIs** to track activity performance. * Ensure the team possesses adequate **technical training and knowledge** to perform assigned tasks. * Ensure compliance with **safety regulations and correct use of PPE**. * Collaborate with the **Occupational Safety Department** in preparing and issuing **Work Permits (WP)**. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or Automation; * Full knowledge and certification in NR\-10, NR12, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * Knowledge of mechanics and maintenance of electric machines; * Prior experience as a maintenance foreman or supervisor in industrial settings; * Experience in corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance; * Experience in automation and instrumentation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work occasionally on weekends; * Solid knowledge of frequency inverters and soft starters. **Starting salary: R$6\.500,00**\+ 30% **hazard pay.** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance \- R$R$370,00 * Fuel allowance \-R$370,00 * Health insurance \- 100% covered by the company. * Life insurance (100% paid by the company) * Breakfast; * Cafeteria (meals provided at the company). * Birthday gifts for employees celebrating birthdays each month; * Maternity/Paternity kit; * Christmas basket\- Year-end * Access to social football field. **Submit resume: 6599256\-9495** Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6\.500,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site
