





**Call Center Customer Service Position!** **Working hours: 12 PM to 12 AM, on a 12x36 schedule.** **Main responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media; * Follow call scripts and service protocols with empathy and clarity; * Provide technical support for applications and services; * Log incidents and forward requests to the responsible departments; * Conduct customer retention activities and satisfaction surveys; * Offer products and services when appropriate. **Required qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Objective conflict-resolution capability; * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset; * **Prior customer service experience is a plus!** **What we offer:** * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Attendance bonus of BRL 160.00; * Health and dental insurance (available after 3 months); * Structured career development plan, with growth opportunities following the probationary period.
