





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM \- Weekends: Shift-based remote work **Level:** Not Informed **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Provide customer and supplier support via calls and messages, clarifying system-related questions and, when necessary, demonstrating the system. * Perform billing tasks, including issuing and reviewing invoices and fiscal notes. * Initiate insurance claims, monitoring all process stages until completion. * Assist in other administrative support and service activities. **Requirements:** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Class B driver's license (CNH B). * Good communication skills, proactive, organized. * Management skills, flexibility, adaptability, punctuality, and commitment.
