**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM — 1-hour lunch break / Occasional weekend on-call shifts

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Be accountable for the results of the area/region served, providing technical guidance to teams and monitoring the execution of adjustments and repairs within the Service cycle.
* Serve as a reference and multiplier for the technical activities of the Service department.
* Ensure strong performance of operational indicators (safety, cancellations, stopped elevators, sick lift, re-calls, ICH, TAC, preventive maintenance, training, RIA, pending service orders, signal lights, and technician rankings), identifying distortion points and developing action plans.
* Carry out necessary actions to ensure service quality, meeting customer expectations, user safety and comfort, and reliability of the technical process within the cycle.
* Ensure review of equipment with high defect incidence, monitoring maintenance evidence and evaluating required actions.
* Identify technical needs and generate sales quotations for repairs and part replacements.
* Support the commercial department whenever necessary by serving as the interface between technical and commercial departments within the cycle to generate business opportunities.
* Uphold and comply with the company’s standard operating procedures to ensure service quality.
* Supervise the team in executing routine tasks, enabling timely, high-quality delivery.
* Distribute tasks among the team and conduct follow-up monitoring.
* Ability to manage time and available resources effectively when adapting delivery conditions, considering the priority of important tasks as well as internal organizational urgencies, customers, partners, and suppliers.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree.
* Knowledge of the product and service portfolio, including features, quality requirements, cost-effectiveness, and competitive advantages.
* Understanding of the business, market, competition, brand positioning, and commercial strategies.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management, aiming at satisfaction, loyalty, and generation of new business opportunities.
* Driver’s License Category B
