**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Perform routine tasks within the Human Resources departments across all subsystems, as well as provide support for activities at the Security Gate and Cafeteria.
* Conduct personnel administration activities related to hiring, vacation management, contract termination, payroll processing, statutory contributions, and accounting reconciliation, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
* Manage working hours control, adhering to current legislation, company policies and practices, and advising supervisors on this process.
* Recruit and select candidates to meet departmental demands, considering the required position profile, company policies, and best practices, while actively involving supervisors in decision-making.
* Support the development of the Farm’s Training and Development Plan, including logistics coordination, execution oversight, and maintaining necessary records.
**Requirements:**
* Incomplete or completed elementary education;
* Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus;
* Basic knowledge of construction site routines;
* Willingness to perform physical labor and work collaboratively in teams.
* Driver's License: Category B
