Opportunity to impact local and human development **Who We Are?** Founded in 1997 with the mission of contributing to local and human development, the AMAGGI Foundation is a non-profit social organization responsible for managing AMAGGI’s Private Social Investment (PSI). The Foundation contributes to local and human development through initiatives focused on key themes such as professional training and employability, family farming, entrepreneurship, and strengthening of social organizations. Additionally, the Foundation adheres to the Private Social Investment Policy, which defines how it allocates investments in social projects within priority locations. The Foundation is headquartered in Cuiabá (MT), with two branches—one in Rondonópolis (MT) and another in Itacoatiara (AM)—and implements initiatives and projects in municipalities influenced by AMAGGI. **Responsibilities:** * Execute projects and activities, ensuring expected outcomes; * Conduct activity monitoring collaboratively with team members and management; * Ensure project and activity monitoring across all stages of the project management methodology implemented by the AMAGGI Foundation: Action Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), tools and instruments, performance tracking tools and indicators, and progress reports as needed; * Establish communication and relationships with stakeholders and systematically track results achieved by projects, programs, and activities; * Participate in annual budget planning and monitor budgeted versus actual expenditures, performing necessary analyses; * Develop and/or participate in studies, research, and analyses to generate data and insights that support decision-making and innovation in the Foundation’s projects and programs; * Participate in and/or represent the Foundation within the local community, seeking to build partnerships with other projects across various sectors, entities, or independent professionals; participating in or organizing events; exchanging knowledge, experiences, and methodologies to strengthen institutional capacity, networks, and stakeholder engagement; * Identify and monitor risks associated with AMAGGI Foundation activities and apply appropriate mitigation measures when necessary. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Social Communication, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Economics; * Knowledge of mobilization, partnership building, and strengthening of social organizations and local leadership—both in-person and virtually; * Familiarity with the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC) and solid understanding of the Third Sector is desirable. **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Apoio Pass (psychological, legal, financial, and social support service) * WellHub (health and wellness solutions) * Performance-based bonus * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Childcare allowance * Extended maternity/paternity leave * Knowledge Kit (school supplies for children) * 24-hour telemedicine platform * AMAGGI University * Education Assistance Program
