If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about logistics, this is your opportunity. ‎ The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring operational excellence across multiple logistics operations for a major strategic client. This professional will ensure high safety standards for employees, as well as financial, operational, and human performance of the operations, acting as the primary liaison between the company and the client, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high service levels. **How you create impact** * Manage logistics operations under your responsibility end-to-end, ensuring compliance with SLAs agreed upon with the client and excellence standards in safety * Ensure financial performance of operations, with a focus on profitability, cost control, and efficiency * Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting talent development and a high-performance culture * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, reporting results, action plans, and improvement opportunities * Develop and implement continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization initiatives * Actively participate in strategic meetings with the client, representing the company with a consultative, results-oriented approach **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in large-scale logistics operations management (distribution centers, warehousing) * Proven experience managing SLAs and relationships with strategic clients * Strong experience in financial management, including cost control, profitability, and budgeting * Intermediate to advanced English **What's in it for you** At Kuehne\+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
