Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, managing the product and service portfolio, and providing financial consulting. Financial consulting focused on profitability and expansion **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, including management of the product and service portfolio, support to business teams and branch processes—particularly for individual segment (PF) cooperative members—through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on cooperative members’ needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, while promoting service quality, efficiency, and standardization; meeting established targets; and offering product and service solutions aligned with cooperative members’ expectations and loyalty within the manager’s area of responsibility.
