Job Summary: A professional to monitor and supervise services on transmission lines, manage anomalies, and respond to contingencies, ensuring compliance and operational organization. Perform critical interventions and contingency actions on transmission lines. #### **We are seeking a Senior Transmission Line Technician for work in Cuiabá (MT).** **Responsibilities and Duties** Technically monitor and supervise services performed by contracted companies (line maintenance, vegetation management, access routes, and associated civil works), verifying compliance with safety requirements, work instructions, scope, and technical acceptance criteria. * * Monitor and direct the handling of irregularities (e.g., encroachments, unauthorized use, etc.) present within the transmission right-of-way; manage judicial proceedings with landowners, interfacing with legal departments, notary offices, and other relevant areas as needed. Support the Maintenance Coordinator in organizing operational routines, acting as the direct liaison between the Coordination team and Supervisors. * Respond to interventions and contingencies on transmission lines, performing critical activities (e.g., emergency restoration and repairs, realignments, and high-impact operational interventions), in accordance with applicable procedures and authorizations. * Plan and execute updates to access routes, managing related anomalies by categorizing and prioritizing their resolution. * Plan and coordinate the organization of spare materials stockpiles, conducting assessments to determine minimum required quantities. * Monitor the local portfolio of right-of-way-related anomalies and service requests concerning transmission lines (per internal workflow), prioritizing responses based on criticality and directing field execution. * Support Supervisors in vegetation management activities associated with maintenance (mowing, pruning, and cutting/suppression where applicable), ensuring adherence to environmental requirements, procedures, and internal standards. * Support Supervisors in mobilizing resources, coordinating with fleet teams to ensure maximum vehicle and testing equipment availability. * Technically monitor and supervise services performed by third parties (maintenance, vegetation management, access routes, and associated works), verifying compliance with safety, scope, standards, and evidence for technical acceptance. * Remain on standby when scheduled and perform field operational switching activities associated with line interventions, under coordination of the Operations Center and in accordance with current procedures. * * Report to the Maintenance Coordinator on front-line status, work order execution, backlog of requests/anomalies, operational risks, resource needs, and relevant constraints. Act as the interface between activities carried out by contracted and/or in-house companies and landowners, preserving the project’s positive relationship with society. * Develop and review technical specifications for service contracts and procurement of materials/spare parts (components, fittings, insulators, specialized tools, vegetation management services, and associated civil works), supporting regional procurement and contracting processes. * Ensure quality and traceability of records in the computerized maintenance system, reinforcing standardization of reporting and evidence (checklists, photos, reports, inspection/intervention logs). * * Operate company vehicles responsibly, ensuring correct usage, conservation, and safety, as well as proper use and preservation of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), tools, and work instruments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Completed High School \- Technical course **completed** in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields. Essential Technical Requirements: * Experience in transmission line maintenance/inspection is desirable (preferably on assets of the National Interconnected System). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Aptitude for fieldwork, including capability to perform work at heights when required.
