Standardization and continuous process improvement About the Position **Job Mission:** Conduct socio-environmental analyses and due diligence for clients, suppliers, and rural properties, as well as execute and monitor rural guarantee formalization processes, thereby ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, the company's Sustainability Policy, and mitigation of legal, reputational, and operational risks. Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and evolution of sustainability department processes to promote efficiency, quality, and operational safety. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct socio-environmental analyses of rural properties, evaluating environmental, land tenure, and regulatory compliance aspects. * Analyze, prepare, and monitor rural guarantee operations, focusing on Rural Product Notes (CPR) and Financial Settlement Rural Product Notes (CPR-F). * Manage guarantee registration processes with notary offices and registrars. * Collaborate with internal departments, clients, notary offices, registrars, and partners to ensure effective guarantee formalization processes. * Monitor legislation, standards, and regulations related to rural guarantees, agribusiness, and sustainability, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Consolidate and maintain an updated sustainability department management framework so that Fiagril becomes a business benchmark. * Conduct socio-environmental due diligence on clients and suppliers—and their rural properties—to ensure compliance with the company's Sustainability Policy and safeguard against legal, reputational, and operational risks. **Education Requirement:** Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory). **Field of Study:** Administration, Agronomy, Accounting, Law, or Environmental Management. **Technical Competencies:** **Mandatory** ✅ Customer service — Intermediate; ✅ Analysis, preparation, and formalization of guarantees — Intermediate; ✅ Microsoft Office / Excel — Intermediate. **Desirable** Environmental legislation — Intermediate; English — Intermediate; Embargo checks — Intermediate; Socio-environmental analysis applied to rural credit and agribusiness — Intermediate; Indicator analysis — Intermediate; Planning and control — Intermediate.
