Guide Industrial Installation teams in achieving prospecting and retention goals, and in utilizing available tools. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Business Unit’s Industrial Installation team to ensure installation quality and safety, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction; * Manage and develop installation service providers to meet demand while ensuring quality, safety, and cost reduction. * Manage the Industrial Installation budget through analysis and monitoring of Business Unit data. * Monitor and control Industrial Installation activities in delivering services to internal and external customers and partners. * Ensure compliance with and adherence to corporate guidelines across Business Units by tracking performance indicators and conducting on-site audits. * Guarantee execution of activities in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures defined by Corporate Installation Management, ensuring payment for services rendered. * Ensure compliance with quality standards defined by Corporate Installation Management for use across Business Units, via supervision of industrial assembly processes.
