Job Summary: This position involves supporting merchandise procurement processes, including quotation, negotiation, purchasing, material tracking, and supplier mapping. Key Highlights: 1. Support in merchandise procurement processes 2. Negotiation of prices and terms 3. Supplier management and research Assist and support merchandise procurement processes, such as: \- Conduct quotations and compare proposals; negotiate prices, freight costs, and payment terms; place purchase orders; and monitor delivery deadlines. \- Inspect received goods and record invoices. \- Control and monitor material inventory levels. \- Identify new suppliers and opportunities. Purchase need identification. Supplier research. Price and term negotiation. Purchase order issuance. Order follow-up. Supplier management. Problem resolution.
