Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards Mechanical Workshop Supervisor \- Cuiabá Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Organize and supervise the workshop routine, ensuring execution of corrective and preventive maintenance for the fleet. •⁠ ⁠Monitor mechanical, electrical, tire, lubrication, and vehicle cleaning services. •⁠ ⁠Control deadlines, costs, parts, supplies, and vehicle availability for operations. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate the workshop team, promoting safety, use of PPEs, discipline, and team development. •⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and company quality standards. •⁠ ⁠Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and support management in achieving area results. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. •⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel.
