Technical guidance for new employees Maintain equipment in perfect working condition by prioritizing service requests, performing technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervising third-party providers when issues fall outside our scope, conducting frequent tests and inspections of security devices, preserving visual appearance, maintaining point lighting, implementing administrative tasks, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform operational PC support tasks including: replenishing supplies, paper, and air filters; replacing consumables and spare parts (excluding safe components); installing applications; inspecting PCs to verify they are in optimal condition; coordinating with vendors for technical repairs; configuring software; keeping point visual communication updated * Conduct PC security inspections through periodic testing and repair of security assets, in accordance with current standards and procedures * Perform ATM cleaning and conservation procedures: check air conditioning functionality; coordinate with third-party providers for routine maintenance; replace (doors and accessories, locks, masks, lamps, intercoms, fans, etc.); inspect electrical and logical infrastructure at locations; supervise service providers during site maintenance; ensure security devices are properly maintained * Provide technical guidance to new employees, sharing acquired knowledge as well as company-mandated standards and practices, aiming to fully equip new staff for successful job performance **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Preferred:** Field-based technical maintenance experience * Education: Completed technical course in electrotechnology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software) * Valid Class B driver's license and ability to drive * CFT (Certified Fire Technician) * Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating 5x2 schedule) * Knowledge of test instruments, incident management systems, and computer networks * Competencies: Promptness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel
