Prepare technical analysis and quotations for customers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 Working Hours **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Supervise electric motor maintenance services performed by the team, monitoring operations to ensure quality and safety compliance; * Perform production scheduling and control; * Monitor scheduled maintenance activities for equipment within the area, assigning and tracking team tasks; * Prepare technical analysis and quotations for customers; * Prepare technical, maintenance, and managerial reports, tracking performance indicators related to results and productivity; * Supervise maintenance of appropriate inventory levels of parts and components required for area operations; * Plan, monitor, and control area costs; * Organize area maintenance work, ensuring compliance with required safety and quality standards; * Support the sales team in prospecting new customers; * Provide technical and commercial support to customers. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven team leadership experience. * Knowledge of electric motors. * Familiarity with technical standards for industrial electrical installations. * Knowledge of NR regulations related to electrical activities. * Knowledge of equipment testing and commissioning procedures. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
