Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, guiding, and controlling construction activities, ensuring compliance with design documents and technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Quality and workplace safety control **In this role, you will be responsible for:** Responsibilities include monitoring, guiding, and controlling construction activities to ensure all work is performed in accordance with design documents, technical standards, and project planning. **1\. Construction Execution Monitoring** * Monitor activities at the construction site. * Verify that works are being executed according to the design documents. * Guide work teams on construction procedures. **2\. Drawing Reading and Interpretation** * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary drawings. * Check measurements, levels, and alignments. * Identify potential inconsistencies among drawings. **3\. Quality Control** * Inspect the quality of completed work. * Verify that materials and processes comply with technical specifications. * Conduct quality inspections and maintain quality records. **4\. Quantity Surveying** * Measure completed construction works. * Estimate quantities of materials required for the project. * Assist in preparing measurement reports for service payments. **5\. Construction Planning Support** * Support monitoring of the physical construction schedule. * Report progress of completed activities. * Identify delays and support organization of work fronts. **6\. Material and Equipment Control** * Monitor material usage at the construction site. * Verify availability of equipment and tools. * Support inventory control in coordination with the warehouse. **7\. Workplace Safety** * + Monitor compliance with safety regulations at the construction site. + Guide workers on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). + Report hazards and unsafe conditions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Requirements and qualifications include technical education, practical knowledge of civil construction, and the ability to monitor and control site activities. **1\. Education** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction. * Professional registration with the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT) or corresponding regional council, if required. **2\. Professional Experience** * Experience in construction site monitoring. * Hands-on experience in civil construction activities (foundations, concrete structures, enclosures, finishes, installations, etc.). * Experience in quantity surveying and service control. **3\.
