




Job Summary: Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, record financial revenues, validate incentives, integrate and verify payroll, and manage procurement and contract processes. Management of purchase orders and contract measurements Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts; record financial revenues (investments); validate incentives (commissions, sales, and marketing). Perform payroll integration and verification (vacation and 13th salary provisions, INSS, FGTS, RPA, employee advances, and benefit plans); register accounts in the system (occasionally); calculate termination payments for sales representatives; apply commercial discounts; allocate expenses; and analyze trial balances. Integrate billing into accounting; reconcile revenues versus integration, comparing the Sales Bulletin with accounting entries; review pending finance items received via email. Generate purchase orders for contracts and perform contract measurements within the Protheus system routine to generate purchase order numbers for NF/Invoice or Title registration; write off assets that have been sold, donated, or lost; monitor the company’s legal proceedings.
