What are the challenges for this position? * Organize outpatient-related demands at CLAMED, including facility opening, scheduling, and medical appointment coordination. * Accredite clinics for conducting occupational health examinations. * Monitor receipt of physical and electronic ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates). * Request and monitor occupational health examinations in accordance with the PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program). * Track ASO completion status within the system. * Assist physicians and/or nurses during patient consultations. * Support activities and processes related to CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) elections. * Monitor employees on leave. * Monitor, track, and register pregnancy-related job stability provisions. 2512070202191796892
