To work at a **LAW FIRM** specializing in Real Estate Law, Civil Law, and particularly Timeshare Law, located in the Auxiliadora neighborhood of **Porto Alegre/RS**.
**POSITION**: LEGAL CONTROLLER INTERN
**HIRING TYPE**: Internship
**WORK SCHEDULE**: 5 hours per day, in the afternoon.
**STIPEND**: R$ 1\.200,00
**BENEFITS**:

* Two days off per semester for study organization, subject to prior alignment 15 days in advance;
* Remote work during exam week, upon proof (limited to once per semester).
**WORK MODE**: Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
* Personal laptop and adequate infrastructure for remote work;
* Currently enrolled in Law School from the 5th semester onward.
**REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:
* Basic understanding of procedural deadlines and legal calendar management;
* Spreadsheet and operational control organization, including deadline and task tracking;
* Document organization and digitization;
* Familiarity with legal software is desirable;
* Proficiency with digital platforms and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.);
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Completion of the Civil Procedure course.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* **Generation and submission of court fee payment slips**: Issuance of payment slips for various courts, submission to clients, guidance on payment, and monitoring of due dates.
* **Billing and payment follow-up**: Client contact for collection of court fees, installments, payment slips, and procedural expenses; default tracking; coordination with the finance department.
* **Management of installment-based court fees**: Generation of installments, periodic submission, recurring billing, and monitoring of monthly payments.
* **Requesting and verifying documents (AJG/JG)**: Requesting documentation, guiding clients, receiving, verifying, organizing, and filing documents.
* **Uploading documents and pleadings to judicial systems**: Uploading filings and documents to court platforms and internal legal systems.
* **Monitoring and controlling deadlines**: Tracking deadlines assigned to clients and reporting to supervisors.
* **Managing seizure registration workflows**: Generating court fees, submitting to clients, monitoring payments, and coordinating the workflow with real estate registries.
* **Requesting powers of attorney and digital documents**: Sending and tracking electronic signatures via GOV and other digital platforms.
* **Organizing operational tasks in internal systems**: Task management in ProJuris, KOMMO, and internal systems, categorizing legal, administrative, and financial requests.
