Together, this neighborhood aims to improve condominium life through technology and security! **The primary mission of this role is to assist technicians and provide on-site service, installing and performing maintenance on Porter solutions in condominiums.** To ensure our customers enjoy an optimal experience with our services, we have a technical team that guarantees speed and quality in repairs, maintenance, and installation of cables, video cameras, intercoms, command centers, and automation devices. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Installing cables, video cameras, intercoms, command centers, and automation devices in client condominiums; * Performing preventive maintenance in condominiums located in Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí, and Navegantes; * Responsible for executing infrastructure tasks, cable routing, and equipment mounting; when necessary, installing and configuring boards and connectors; * Following current technical standards, evaluating equipment operation according to specifications, and participating in technical meetings with internal and external personnel; * Participating in the on-call schedule and responding to base calls whenever requested. * Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workplace—both at the company and in condominiums. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed high school education; * Basic experience in installations, infrastructure, and cabling; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills; * Valid driver's license, Category A. Our physical office is located in the Bosque da Saúde neighborhood, Cuiabá \- MT; * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with availability for on-call duties.
