So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * **Report Management**: Updating and validating monthly reports, identifying and commenting on significant deviations. * **Data Analysis**: Deep understanding of institutional data, policies, and processes to analyze credit risk in operations. * **Process Governance**: Ongoing maintenance and updating of the Activities Manual, ensuring process compliance and efficiency. * **Report and Study Development**: Creating strategic reports and ad hoc analyses for senior management and business units, focused on supporting credit risk decisions. * **Provision Forecasting**: Developing and monitoring provision expense forecasts based on expected loss models. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in risk areas at financial institutions or in credit policy analysis. * Understanding of credit business and provisioning at financial institutions, per Resolution 4966. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. * Experience in provision forecasting. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Expertise in data analysis and Power BI dashboard development. * Experience in banking or financial institutions. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (If preferred, you may receive both allowances on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy for Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
