**This position's mission is to evaluate and define the best processes and methodologies of** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **work for the company, as well as manage the management system focusing on ISO standards** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **9001, SASSMAQ, and raise organizational awareness about the importance of safety and** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **compliance of animal feed ingredients with GMP\+FSA focus** ------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and duties** The responsibilities of the process/quality analyst position involve: ➢ Process Mapping and Analysis * Identify and map operational processes; * Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. ➢ Continuous Improvement * Implement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and PDCA to optimize processes and reduce costs. ➢ Quality Control * Monitor the quality of products/services, seeking compliance with established standards and regulations. ➢ Data Analysis * Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement. ➢ Training and Development * Train teams on quality practices and ensure the dissemination of a continuous improvement culture. ➢ Results Monitoring * Monitor KPIs and ensure that quality and efficiency targets are achieved. ➢ Documentation and Reporting * Prepare reports and documentation regarding process performance and implemented improvement actions. ➢ Management Systems * Raise organizational awareness about the importance of safety and compliance of animal feed ingredients; * Configure, implement, and maintain the product safety management system GMP\+FS * Monitor legal requirements applicable to the product safety management system GMP\+FSA; * Control the distribution of documents from the product safety management system GMP\+FSA; * Monitor updates of data on the gmpplus.org and icrt\-idtf.com websites; * Control vehicle documents (records, certificates); * Control retained information to ensure it remains archived for at least three years; * Maintain a general basic prerequisite program to meet the GMP\+FSA product safety system; * Monitor the cargo compartment cleaning program; * Validate the cleaning program for its effectiveness; * Handle customer complaints related to GMP\+FSA product transportation; * Plan and control internal audits of the product safety management system GMP\+FSA; * Promote periodic management review meetings for the product safety management system GMP\+FSA. * Conduct and control supplier qualification; * Provide training on IDTF knowledge (cleaning system) and basic product knowledge to company employees; ➢ Compliance with internal policies and procedures Follow and promote the adoption of company guidelines: * Comply and enforce company-defined health, safety, environment, and quality rules and requirements; * Participate in health, safety, environment, and quality training programs when requested; * Ensure the preservation and safety of equipment under your responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; MBA in Quality Management and Project Management; * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, or other process and quality monitoring systems; * Process and Project Management; * Previous experience in process management and quality control, with practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PDCA; * Certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma, ISO 9001; * Familiarity with tools such as Flowcharts, Ishikawa Diagram, 5W2H, Pareto, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), among others **Additional information** **Health Insurance** ------------------ * **Meal allowance** * **Multi-benefit card** * **Gas voucher** * **Transportation allowance** * **Sest Senat agreement** * **Life insurance**
