




Description: Opportunity Responsibilities Mission: * Develop and maintain strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and objectives in order to provide customized and effective advertising solutions. This professional coordinates advertising projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. Collaborates with internal teams, monitors and analyzes campaign performance, controls budgets, and identifies new business opportunities. Additionally, proactively resolves issues and ensures client satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships. Activities: * Managerial client service following deal closure * Define strategic direction together with Planning * Ensure execution of actions defined in the Planning * Manage/Delegate tasks, setting deadlines and priorities for squad activities * Review results and define next steps * Present results/reports to clients together with the Account Director * Responsible for guaranteeing delivery quality, reviewing with the Account Director and Creative Director when necessary * Squad leadership * Daily agenda organization and control * Email reading, organization, and briefing preparation * Defend and present creative materials and campaigns to the client * Monitor routines and tasks of assistant (if applicable) and squad members * Request and monitor production and media budgets * Organize campaign and action timelines based on predefined templates Differentiators: * Experience in events * Experience in internal marketing (endomarketing) * Proficiency in data analysis and utilization for decision-making * Degree in advertising, marketing, or business administration * Knowledge of inbound marketing campaigns and lead generation * Familiarity with digital media platforms (Meta and Google Ads) * Ability to read and explain data for report presentations * Daily organizational control, balancing routine tasks and campaigns involving the entire squad * Experience interpreting briefings, questioning when necessary, and guiding solution paths for the team Requirements Requirements: * Experience in advertising account management * Experience in project management * Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and offline strategies * Excellence in briefing creation and comprehension * Interpersonal communication, leadership, organization, and agility 2511080202181678614
