





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured – CLT labor code * Provide high-quality customer service via telephone and WhatsApp, addressing inquiries, supplying information about products and services, and performing follow-ups as needed. * Develop customized quotations according to customers’ needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy of provided information. * Monitor open quotations to facilitate sales closure. * Identify and contact potential customers, establishing initial relationships and presenting the company’s products and services. * Maintain an updated database with information on prospective and current customers. * Promote the company’s products and services through marketing campaigns conducted via telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. * Inform customers about new promotions, special offers, and product launches. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in telesales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Willingness to travel.
